A clean sweep
Mr. Charles Berry runs a janitors broom over the new wood floor he and his students installed at the Poston School last fall.
The Poston School, a one-room structure located at edge of the woods in rural Fleming County is getting a new life.
The school closed after the 1953-54 school term and remained empty for several years.
The Agriculture Department at Fleming County High School, under the direction of Mr. Charles Berry, has adopted this gem of a treasure as a class construction project.
Berry and his students approached the Browning family with an offer to restore the building and have been working on the project since last fall.

I think it's great when they restore old buildings such as school houses instead of letting them fall down or tearing them down.
